Paul has pr I just purchased and picked up my 2013 Mazda CX 5 from J.P Motors . Had a very good experience with Paul Davis( sales) and Connie Taylor. Paul has promised me a privacy cover when he finds one, which time will tell , if he keeps his promise. I , however had an extremely poor experience at the time of pick up. One of the condition of my purchase was my rims needs to be cleaned up. At the time of my test drive , Paul took a cleaning rag and cleaned out a part of my rim and it cleaned out pretty good, so I was aware it can be cleaned up. When I was picking up the vehicle I noticed my rims have not been cleaned out. I spoke with the lady who was suppose to take the draft for the remaining amount , told me, we try our best , but there is no guarantee it will come out. I told her , yes it will come out , because Paul has shown us. I told her if this rims does not come clean , I am not taking the vehicle. Rims are something that always remained very near and dear to my heart. Now a gentleman walks in and says , " are you serious that you won't take the vehicle if this rims do not come clean" , I replied " Yes " He replied , " you got to be kidding " I said "No" Went on about how the rims has nothing to do with he vehicle performance and this is not a place who does car detailing and it will get dirty any way . I went outside and with my bare fingers were able to take out some grease. Now , they got a guy to clean up my rims , and guess what , It came clean. They just did not want to put any effort, though it was a condition for sale. The worst thing was this guy/manager went on such an offensive with a paying customer which was extremely unfortunate, which has left meth a very bitter experience. I work for a Scotiabank , I know what customer service is all about . This guy had no business getting on my face like that. Beside this incident , yes , I will go back to J.P. Motors and deal with Paul and Connie , and yes I will recommend J.P. Motors . More

My Experience I purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37X Luxury Sedan in June 2016. Prior to going to J.P. Motors, I compared a number of G37Xs at other dealerships, and the I purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37X Luxury Sedan in June 2016. Prior to going to J.P. Motors, I compared a number of G37Xs at other dealerships, and the model offered by J.P. Motors had half of the kilometres compared to the competitors. Upon test driving the car, it exceeded all of my expectations. Having put 3,000km on since purchase, there hasn't been a single issue. I actually took it for an inspection just before the 1,500km warranty expired and was told it's was one of the tightest used cars that the local dealership had ever seen. I was also surprised to have the car come with a second key fob even though J.P. Motors were upfront about the fact that most cars only come with one. The only issue I have was that they were fairly aggressive with the extended warranties. But I just couldn't see the value in a $4,000 3-year unlimited kilometre warranty. It just seemed very steep for a Nissan in a fancy suit. Although, when I said that to the financier, she moved right along to the next subject. So, I would say that as long as you are a savvy shopper and have done your due diligence, you'll be happy with your purchase from J.P. Motors. Should they have another car in which I am interested, I would definitely buy from them again. More
