As was explained to you in an email from our Customer Relations Coordinator, Kevin Kirkpatrick, the crucial details you mention that was failed to be disclosed to you - that the vehicle was from Quebec - you were thoroughly informed of, as your signature on our disclosure form will indicate. As for the drop in price in the vehicle, that has nothing to do with the sales staff, and happens periodically as vehicles depreciate, as was also discussed with you.
