Reasonably painless transaction I recently purchased a used Chevrolet Cruze from this dealership and found the staff helpful and friendly. However after purchase and before delivery I recently purchased a used Chevrolet Cruze from this dealership and found the staff helpful and friendly. However after purchase and before delivery there was a problem and I waited a very long time for actual delivery in spite of being told it "is almost ready to go". In the end I was given a loaner car and was eventually able to leave the dealership and pick up the Chevy a few days later. Except for that glitch the experience was positive. More
