After getting connected on the website through the customer service chat, I corresponded with Ciana from Sales prior to walking onto the lot. During our call, she got information about our trade-ins and what we wanted in our next vehicle before emailing options prior to our visit to the dealership. When we arrived on the lot despite it being a busy day Ciana was available right away. She quickly reviewed our information and got us into the vehicles we wanted to see. I definitely felt that she valued our time as the process was very efficient. Our test drives went really well and we were left with two vehicles we loved. Ciana and Terry worked together to get us all of the information we needed to make a decision between the two. They were not pushy, there was no pressure. We did come to a decision and negotiating a deal was a smooth, transparent process. Overall: Sales staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and laid back. Vehicle selection was great and the deals (both for trade-ins and vehicle pricing) are very competitive. Customer service really was amazing. We left very happy in our new vehicle. More
