Disappointing I heard that you helped people who don't have the best credit. I heard of a few who had been able to buy from you with bad credit. I sent in all my paper work and was told by Shannon that I was approved and to come look at vehicles. Then I heard nothing for about a week, so emailed Mike Hearn again and was told that they could not help me and needed some further proof of income, none of which was mentioned to me. So I kept asking how come I was told I'm approved and then hear nothing. I understand if I didn't get approved, I was just trying my luck, but I don't think it was very nice to leave me hanging and have no contact at all. Not typical sales people actions. Anyway, I was really disappointed as I thought you would give me a chance. Not the kind of customer service I recommend. More

WHO ?? Dropped the ball?? Right after purchasing a 2017 GMC Terrain last year , I order running boards for it, to be installed by the service Department. I paid for them immedi Right after purchasing a 2017 GMC Terrain last year , I order running boards for it, to be installed by the service Department. I paid for them immediately after they were ordered.The boards took a very long time to come, but I expected that as they were coming from the USA.One day the sales person called and said that the running boards are in and we could set up a appointment to have them installed. She told me it would take about an hour to do the job. we go a courtesy car and the job was to begin at 9:30 AM. after checking back at noon, they said it wouldn't be done until two or three o'clock. I called at two and they said the "Parts"? weren't in and they would in at 7 AM next morning. I had bought the running boards WITH ALL hardware ??The service manager said to take the loaner car home and they would reimburse me for the Ferry cost in the form of discount on the parts/boards? As we were busy on the weekend we kept the car and used it. when I picked up my Terrain on Monday they tried to charge me again for the running boards that I paid for on November 6/17 ... Monday evening I got a phone call from Island GM and the girl said that we should have been told that we were supposed to to up the tank on the loner car. Told her I was under the impression we would tony need the vehicle for an hour or two? she at that time ,says it was only $15.00 . NO where on the "revised" invoice was there a discount for my Ferry charges. I there fore refused to pay. No more has been said, BUT I don't feel good about the whole transaction. I have always had very good relationship the people at Island GM and want to buy more cars from them.? Right now I am NOT HAPPY.. More
