After expressing my frustration of having to wait for almost an hour for the shuttl After the last servicing my car was in need of a part replacement. After expressing my frustration of having to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle Dane suggested I request a courtesy vehicle. Upon bringing my vehicle in for the part replacement Neil was very quick to bring the courtesy vehicle to the front of the building and I was on my way within a matter of a few minutes. Having access to the courtesy vehicle saved me almost two hours of my day. Very grateful for Dane's suggestion and the quick response by Neil. Both gentlemen were very courteous and wanted to ensure I left happy. More
