The service department was rude and treated me less then. I took my Chevy Silverado to get serviced, I requested to have my vehicle looked at because my key was stuck in the ignition and I was concerned abou I took my Chevy Silverado to get serviced, I requested to have my vehicle looked at because my key was stuck in the ignition and I was concerned about the transmission. After spending $1500.00 on parts and time, they didn’t even look at the transmission then put me down for not knowing when to change the transmission fluid. I am disgusted and disappointed with the service depart and the crew that worked in the back. More
