Repeatedly frustrated. My experience with Island GM has been the most frustrating experience i have had in a very long time. I originally bought a truck on Sept. 27. Bought the full care package as well. After over 2 weeks of waiting i had to make the appointment myself, they apparently had forgotten about me. When i bought the vehicle i was told i had Sirius radio. Not the case, they later said it didn't come with the truck. First deception. I was told i had free phone for 3 months, second deception. Was told my tailgate came with soft opening tailgate, again not so. Have phoned customer experience coordinator a number of times and always get the same answer( i'll look into it) last i was told she would call back by the end of the day. Two and half weeks later i'm still waiting. Called the general manager ( Craig Sabourin) was told they would get a message to him. Three days later i'm still waiting. It seems they get your money any way they can then forget about you. I have always bought my vehicles from Jenner and got good service, but this is beyond anything i have experienced before. I'm so frustrated i believe the next vehicle i buy will be a Dodge. More

10+ the customer services very compassionate, professional I arrived at Island Chevrolet. Not sure if I could get a new vehicle and to my surprise all the staff were so helpful that I did in fact find a great I arrived at Island Chevrolet. Emergency Cash, Friendly Staff, Great Customer Incentives. I was on a loan with my Sister for the previous vehicle that I had, which was a Ford Fusion 2014. There had been nothing wrong with this vehicle, but I was on a loan with my Sister for the previous vehicle that I had, which was a Ford Fusion 2014. There had been nothing wrong with this vehicle, but I needed to take my name off the loan with my sister and there had been complications. Island GM, and more specifically, Craig Sabourin called me up and said "we'll work something out and see what we can do for you,.." That had me excited, Originally I wanted to get cash back to cover a large expense. I was denied by the banks, Craig pushed and managed to get me enough funds to cover a good portion of the expense and free up some income so I could not only UPGRADE from the Ford Fusion 2014, I also managed to Finance this vehicle WITHOUT an attachment to a CO-SIGNOR!! My sister was free to apply for her NEW vehicle!! I got CASH, not the amount I applied for with the bank, but it was a DEFINITE help in my monthly expense!! Erica Webb was very helpful as well and very informative, she had gone over my extended warranty coverage and set up the payments to begin within a reasonable time frame. We breezed through the paperwork and managed to keep conversation light and friendly. A thoroughly pleasant experience. I also worked with Cory, but I do not see his name on here yet. Once he's been added, I'll gladly submit my review for him as well. All in All 5 Stars!! Best Dealership that I've dealt with so far, and this is my 3rd New vehicle. More

They gave me the impression that my entire truck was covered, hence why I bought the extended warranty. Truck needs work because the lift is missing important part. Its been 3 weeks trying to deal with the General Manager on this. Never returns my phone calls or messages and he has been dishonest about how he's handling the situation. Very frustrated. Will be putting in a formal complaint to GM of Canada!! On positive note: Mike Cheema (parts and service) and Craig Hindle have been great in helping me out when they can. More
