Bad experience with this Dealership, I put a Deposit on a Clean used vehicle to hold while I was getting my financing in order. I thought I had a deal in place and needed a few days grace I put a Deposit on a Clean used vehicle to hold while I was getting my financing in order. I thought I had a deal in place and needed a few days grace. The Sales Manager allowed it to be sold "ONE DAY" before I was coming to close the Deal!! I'm sure a Dealership this large could survive one day without screwing a Repeat customer over and selling it without letting me know!!! I was given my Deposit back "AFTER" they already sold it..... Really?? I think this is very poor Customer service and a "Bad Call" to do that to a customer. I gave a 1 star Rating only because the other Staff is good to Deal with and Respectful. I will be sure to tell all my Friends and my 200+workmates of how I was treated and to also avoid dealing there in the Future!! More

Above and beyond. I bought a truck from Island Gm two years ago. Since then I have had nothing but first class service. The service department is open early on Saturday I bought a truck from Island Gm two years ago. Since then I have had nothing but first class service. The service department is open early on Saturdays so I have never had to take time off work to get my truck serviced. This is very much appreciated. The staff in the service department are the best. Neil really went out of his way for me today and Willie has on other occasions . Work is always done with friendly professional efficiency, the truck is always washed and vacuumed. The Manager Craig Sabourin must have great leadership skills as it shows in his team. I would recommend Island GM to anyone. My next new vehicle will come from Island GM. Buying at smaller car was quite a chore. They made every effort to satisfy our bewilderment in buying a smaller car . There was many " try it before you buy it"' offers to help us.
