During the test drive, he gave a thorough introduction on all features of the new vehicle; back in the office, he patiently explained the difference of various models, purchase/finance options, and answered all kinds of questions I had. When I went to pick up my car, he went through all new features again and helped me hook up my phone with it through Bluetooth. I highly recommend this dealer and especially this salesperson John Zhong. More
