I was greeted with a smile from Santena and was asked if I was there for an appointment, I said 'yes it is for an air bag recall service.' As she was entering my information, she was answering all of my extra questions about my headlamps and a fog lamp that had gone out. She said she would get me a quote on the fog lamp. As I was waiting in the customer waiting area, Santena came over and said the lamp was available and if I purchase at the parts counter she would have it installed for me. I was very pleased to be easily accommodated. Thank you Santena for your excellent customer service and friendly smile. It made my entire Honda service experience a very pleasant one. More
