Excellent as always "Bring it Home to Honda" For 18 years, I have been using Ideal Honda as my "go to" place to purchase new and used cars and for regular services. This time, as any other time I have been in, they did everything right. My Service Rep, Jonathan was extremely helpful, he scheduled my B Service to be done on time (actually it was done 10 min. before promised time ) so I can make it on time to drive my kid to her Jazz dance. While they were performing maintenance on my Accord, it was like a symphony of movements where 3 technicians worked on rotating tires, changing oil and inspecting everything on a car. And all of that with a smile on their faces. You could see that they are enjoying their work. You could see all of this through glass wall while enjoying good coffee (provided free by Ideal Honda). It never rang more true that this time that commercial "Bring it Home to Honda" More

Efficiency par excellence! Bought a 2 year-old Fit from Ideal Honda with remaining warranty. Had a nail in a tire. Fixed with no charge. Then a problem with the starter motor. Superior Team Work in the Service Area Was early for my appointment but a Service Rep was right there to get me checked in.
