I have been service my Nissan at here, since I bought it.

Here I give one of the examples.
- My car had a small issue which should covered by warranty. I asking to fix for every 2-3 month for a year. They reply that ,they need order the parts, then call me back. But they gives out my parts to somebody else need it, for 3 times. Without call me back. Until my warranty expired, then they refuse to fix for me. Try to talk to their manager, but hard to find her. takes another 5 months to get it fix finally.
- same thing happens many times for my other parts. Just don't trust them when they say "will call you back" .
- extend warranty is useless. They charge me 80$ for tighten a screw.
totally disappoint about Regina Infiniti-Nissan , Never deal with them again.
