By the time I set foot in the showroom, I already knew what I wanted so my dealings with Eric were initially of a financial nature as I wanted to get the best price possible. And I'm now the proud father of a brand new 2014 Santa Fe 2.0T Limited. We were told the car would be ready Tuesday afternoon, and, as promised, it was. Eric must have spend over a half hour sitting in the car with me and my wife, going through every display, every knob, every latch, and every detail of the car. The guy knows his stuff and it shows. It was a Friday night and on Monday at 4pm I had my new car. Tony showed me everything, made sure I understood and had no more questions and offered to be available if I needed anything. I really enjoyed his amicable presence, he immediately spoke to me in French when he heard I had an accent. I appreciated this very much.
