My entire customer service experience with Hyundai on Hunt Club was exceptional! From the moment was simply inquiring about cars and prices, to the moment I made my purchase. This was the first new car I have ever purchased and Hyundai on Hunt Club made the entire experience extremely easy and understandable. Everything from the financial side to the service side was explained in detail, and the staff were very helpful, and kind. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase or decision. The day I picked up my new car was an easy transition and staff member Tony was able to share my excitement. He showed me every feature of the car, and helped me set up all features to my liking/preference. I would highly recommend working with the sales team at Hyundai on Hunt Club! More

We made arrangements to look at some models the very next day. Meeting Tony in person made my experience even better. He took the time needed, listened and made sure he understood my needs and requirements. Tony made sure to get me the absolute best deal possible and respected my price range. I never felt pressured or rushed at any point throughout my experience and I really feel that Tony made every best effort to get me what I wanted. I feel I got the best price possible and Tony helped me get there. Tony went out of his way to accomadate me and even offered to come in on his time off to meet me on my schedule for a test drive...what service!!! He always promptly returned my calls within 5 minutes and made sure I was well looked after. I would reccomend Tony to my friends, family and everyone...he simply delivers A+ service with a smile. I am pleased to say that Tran did not push us at all, he treated us with respect and was very patient and understanding of our needs. This was the first time we ever purchased a new vehicle and one can be intimidated with the fancy "bells and whistles" on these new vehicles. The day we picked up our vehicle, Tran had the car ready, inside where it was warm and spent time with us going over the entire vehicle to ensure we felt comfortable and all our questions were answered. Tran was recommended to us by a co-worker and I would not hesitate to recommend him to somebody else. One final note, we also had excellent service and felt no pressure from your finance representative, Tim. Tim is also a great asset to your dealership. More
The reason I bought my car it was because of Marco. After our first contact with Marco after I chosen the truck through Car Cost we decided to travel overseas for a month. Since we wanted to buy a new car to replace our second car we were not really in a hurry to buy a new one. The old second car was still working ok, so it did not really matter when or if we really were going to buy a new car. Marco was very patient and determined when he called us back after we returned from holidays. This impressed me a lot. and just because of this gesture we decided to pursue our initial desire to replace our second car. And this is what we did. In the following days Marco kept in constant contact with us. He again was very patient with us. We were not sure about the color. He suggested some, But never pushed us to for example pick one that was ready in the lot. I wanted white. Mi wife wanted black. Then we changed our minds, but Marco was always relling us to take our time, that the decision was our and that we needed to be confortable with our decision since we were going to spend significant amount of money in the purchase. Marco was great as a salesperson, but he was even greater as an advisor and a friend, which we developed while dealign with him. We were truly impressed with how much hw cared about us, his customers.. He was very professional from start to end. When he delivered the car to us in February (we did purchase the car the last day of Dec 2013) he took the time to explain to us very detail of the features of the new car. He helped us to choose our favorite stations in XM, in FM. Also helped us to set up our smartphones via bluetooth. He made sure that both myself and my wife were happy with our connections and comfortable with knowing how to use the different gadgets and features. We were extremely impressed with Marco and as I said before, his patience and professioanlism were the principal reason why we bought our Tucson, We have already mention our experience with Marco with our daughter, who is thinking to change her Mazda 3 for a truck kike ours. Alex Lapointe is by far the best sales guy I have ever dealt with. I am a young female, who has had leased/financed 3 vehicles before. Each time I had a horrible experience in the way the sales guys tre dealt with. I am a young female, who has had leased/financed 3 vehicles before. Each time I had a horrible experience in the way the sales guys treated me, and the way the finance guys tried to add/change things without me noticing. I dreaded going car shopping when I needed a new vehicle and having to deal with sales men again. Luckily, this time it was different. First I inquired by email about the used 2013 Elantra GL that had been a rental, as it was thousands less than the brand new 2014. Alex phoned me right away and was very nice, not pushy at all, just informative and letting me know he's available if I want to test drive or have any questions. I ended up going in to see him about a week later when I had time, to discuss the vehicle and take it for a test drive. The vehicle was impeccable for being a year old and having been a rental. I felt comfortable with Alex, there was zero aggressiveness, he is very down to earth, knowledgable, and he genuinely listened to what I wanted and got it for me. The business manager Johnny dealt with my financing, and although I was stubborn and did not want anything extra added, he presented me with the price for the extra warranty with rust proofing/scotch guarding/oil changes included and it was such a good deal I couldn't say no! And then I felt bad for cutting him off at first haha. He was also so nice, very patient and accomodating. When I phoned him with a question, he was quick to phone right back. When the fax machine wasnt sending, he was quick to email me what I needed. Awesome customer service overall. So, if you are reading this considering who you are going to give your business too, whether it is new or used, call 613-688-3600 and ask for Alex. I purchased my Hyundai Accent in August of 2012 and have been more than satisfied with the customer service I've received- be it for regular oil changes or repairs to my car from being chewed up by rats that took up residence under my hood. Every time I'm in, these guys go above & beyond to make sure that I feel "taken care of" (which includes helping me with my insurance claim) and continue to provide the kind of service that I value and WILL TELL OTHERS ABOUT. This kind of quality customer service is hard to find these days... But Hyundai on Hunt Club definitely delivers! Thank you for making it easy to own (and maintain) my beautiful Hyundai Accent! More

As soon as I stepped in the door, I was approached in a friendly (not overbearing ) way. Adam Fata explained in great detail the features of the car. The vehicle I was interested in did not have the extras I wanted like backup carmera, auto start etc. Adam came up with a plan that included everything I wanted and then some and I was happy with the price. Only negative was pricing is always given in biweekly payments for the car, extended warranty and insurance so your always having to figure out what that is per year and the total cost. More
