Vince, Tim and Charbel made our experience almost pain We were pleasantly surprised by this dealership - our second choice turned out to be the best! Vince, Tim and Charbel made our experience almost painless (...buying a new car is always painful...). Vince impressed us with his honest and sincere nature - but most memorable was finding him waiting for us after the deal and dealership had closed - now that's customer service! As busy as Charbel was, he came out on both occasions to greet us - and Tim: really personable, witty, and couldn't have done enough for us, including staying late on a Friday night. We had to take the car back in the first week for a wiper issue - Vince made time for us again (and with our snow brush... :) - so far, so good. The Santa Fe is a beautiful vehicle - looks great; tried it on an extended trip this weekend; handled well - and the 25- and 18-year-olds both approve - so we must have done something right! Thanks again - and not that we don't want to see you again, just hoping it is for ordinary service calls... More

I had a less than desirable trade-in, a budget and an idea of what I wanted. I was excited, but buying a car can be intimidating - it's a big decision! The dealership itself as well as the staff, are quite beautiful. I never felt pressured, always felt comfortable, excited, and very well taken care of. They gave me an amazing value for my trade-in, and asked all the right questions to determine which vehicle would be best for me & my budget. Once I'd made my choice, which I am still extremely pleased about - they made the purchasing process itself seem seemless, stress-free and even fun! Hyundai's are great cars these days, the cherry on top is having such an amazing dealership to count on. I am confident that any issues that may arise will be handled efficiently, and with genuine care. Vince was very thorough helping me learn all the little buttons and gadgets, and really took his time to answer all my questions and even addressed ones he knew I would think of later! You can tell he takes pride in what he does and has a genuine interest in his clients satisfaction. Tim was great too! He made the financing process nothing to worry about & everything to feel comfortable with. The warranty options were broken down very throroughly, as well as the value behind them. They were able to coordinate the payments consistent with my pay days which helps me alot. And who can argue with 0% financing? WOW! I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure of dealing with such an amazing Manager, Jesse. Jesse took the time to ensure that I received the best car for the best price & combined that with the best professional service possible. I never stopped smiling & laughing. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had from start to finish - I cant wait to go back for an oil change just so I can say hi :-D I am so happy I went. Thank you all again!!! More

" You absolutely did Tony. I'd recommend you and your dealership any day. The one thing that bothered me a lot, though, was the length of time I had to sit and wait to see the financing people - I waited 45 minutes at the end of two hours in the dealership altogether. I needed to have my supper and get back to my young son at home. Tony was wonderful in helping me out, but the rest of the staff was not that helpful or friendly or efficient. I have a couple of friends that have purchased vehicles from Hyundai on Hunt Club, and they were right... the experience was great. Tony Nehme was my Sales Person and he really knows his vehicles. After vi from Hyundai on Hunt Club, and they were right... the experience was great. Tony Nehme was my Sales Person and he really knows his vehicles. After visiting a couple of other dealerships Tony sold me with his patience, knowledge and great service. I wasn't supposed to get my vehicle until Saturday morning, I called Tony on Thursday and asked if there was any way he could make it happen for Friday, a snow storm was coming and the last thing I wanted to do was pick up my brand new car in a storm. Tony said he would do his best to make it happen, called me back in 15 min and I was picking up my car on Friday... Thank you Tony! I haven't had to use the dealership for service yet, but if they are as competent and helpful as Tony then Hyundai on HuntClub was a great choice. More
Had gone to Kia dealership next door and test drove 3 different cars and the car didn't fit, Sonata was perfect, experience was great, Eric was very descriptive about the car. Jesse didn't haggle which different cars and the car didn't fit, Sonata was perfect, experience was great, Eric was very descriptive about the car. Jesse didn't haggle which was nice and cut to the chase with the price give us the best bang for the buck which is appreciative. Tim was there for the delivery along with Eric. Eric talked about ALL features of the car. Even when we realized we got the incorrect rubber car mats once we got home (minor error and sometimes they happen), Eric was quick to have that corrected for us...thanks for the GREAT experience :). Alex did a great job, I really appreciated his help. However, even though it was a used car, the gas tank was half full, the car was not as clean as I would have expected, I had to go buy new tires with However, even though it was a used car, the gas tank was half full, the car was not as clean as I would have expected, I had to go buy new tires within a week. I am looking at a $3,000 bill to have engine oil, transmission oil, and coolant leaks fixed. All within 2 weeks of having the car. With that being said I've been assured by the manager that if I had gone back and spoken to him and given him the opportunity to correct it he would have done something to help me out. I can only trust that is true. I had a poor experience with the vehicle I purchased, but in fairness, I did not go back to them and ask them to fix it. Perhaps my expectation of receiving a good product the first time is too much to ask. More
