Sir I will be happy to help you out with your issue if you can come in when service is open. I don't think that it is fair that you came in on a Holiday when service is closed with a service issue and your writing a negative review. You are basically penalizing our dealership because we were closed on a Holiday.

Like I said when you came in on that Labor day weekend we will be happy to help you during business hours when we have access to the needed information. Hi Mr. Nassrallah, In response to your messages, please see bellow: Your e-mail is not based on a facts. The facts are: 1. I was not there on a long week end, I paid for your service (receipt is available), I came back again to your office on a Monday, I directly talked to you and you told me that you could not help me 2. I paid about $ 45 to compensate for your technician's mistake (The receipt is available) 3. You didn't come up with any solution for my problem (still after 3 messages, I haven't received any solutions from you)

Hi Eli, I have another problem, hope you can sort it out before I vent out again on your dealer feedback. I purchased my car (2011 Mazdaspeed3) this summer and agreed with Adam Fata that he included with the car winter tires on rims for my car. I have the proof sign by Adam and sales manager, but yesterday I called and spoke several time with André at the parts department, he made research and ask Adam and sales about this deal and he basicly told me you own me nothing and if I have proof fight for it. I have written proof that it was part of the deal. Clearly marked on your the Used vehicule check Sheet. Please cut and copy link to see all the info.
