He called when he said he would and he delivered what he said he would. I did have to bring the car back for some final detailing as they ran out of time before vehicle delivery the first time, but it was like getting a new car twice....so all good. There were no hassles or disappointments in the delivery of the vehicle. Tim from financing was also awesome and really went the extra mile to make the used car purchase the best it can be with great additional warrantees. All around, this is a great team to work with when it comes to buying a used or new vehicle and all around nice guys. Eli will always get my business if this level of service keeps up, which I have no doubt will. More

As Hyundai on Hunt Club was the closest service center, I went there. They didn't carry the suitable tire for my car. I got my spare tire replaced by them. They forgot to return my lock key back to my car. I had so much trouble for this reason. I purchased a new set in another service center. Then, I wanted to return my set, they didn't accept the return. The service manager was not there. The manager on duty (Mr. Eli Nassrallah) couldn't help me either. I paid for their mistake. I am not happy. I had a horrible service experience. I never recommend this branch of Hyundai to anyone. More
