We wanted to do our research .Chris was very informed on the vehicle we were in We first visited the dealer a few months before we actually purchased. We wanted to do our research .Chris was very informed on the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions and I think if there was one he couldn't answer ,he was quite willing to find the answer for us. Although he knew we were not buying that day we appreciated his gentle persuasion. Over the next few weeks he kept us updated with info and specials. His willingness to keep us informed and answer our questions for a few weeks lead us back to him for our purchase. You're gonna need it for all the hidden fees and surprises that they are going to place on you. A great deal is what they will offer you- you can feel free to shop around...no one will be able to beat it. Trouble is, the deal is just a con to get you in the door. Once you get back and have invested hours of your time, the real numbers will come through and it sure won't be what you expected. Walking in this place is like swimming in a shark tank at feeding time, except sharks are far more logical and considerate. I highly recommend you keep your time, and money for another dealership!
