First car buying experience A few months ago I tried to finance a car from Honda and was met with distrust due to my age, they didn't trust me to finance a car thinking I wouldn' A few months ago I tried to finance a car from Honda and was met with distrust due to my age, they didn't trust me to finance a car thinking I wouldn't keep up with payments. The opposite can be said about turning to Hyundai, within a week I was approved for my loan and the car was in my possession. Right from the start Tony was polite and friendly and more than willing to get me into the car I wanted. When I turned to the finance department I was met with equal respect and was approved within a day. I couldn't be more happy about my first car buying experience and have the people at Hyundai to thank for it! I would be more than willing to recommend them to anyone!! More

There was a very large delay [over 2 months] from the time of sale to the time of delivery of my new vehicle but I was kept fairly well informed of any developments and the sales people were genuinely apologetic throughout. When it came time for actually taking ownership of my new vehicle, Frankie moved hell and high water to get me in it as soon as possible - actually, sooner!!! I am very pleased with my new Tucson and won't hesitate to come back to this dealership. The after-sales care has been excellent and I have high hopes for when it comes to servicing. More

Even though the vehicle was delayed in delivery, he kept us informed as to the problem, which was beyond his control. All in all if there are no issues in the next few years with maintenance or service , I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
