The dealership assessed my trade-in fairly and made considerable effort to locate a new vehicle with my choice of trim and colour. Adam was very helpful during the negotiations leading to my purchase. Prior to delivery, Adam was always reachable by phone to answer any questions and he was very thorough during the whole delivery process. First car buying experience A few months ago I tried to finance a car from Honda and was met with distrust due to my age, they didn't trust me to finance a car thinking I wouldn' A few months ago I tried to finance a car from Honda and was met with distrust due to my age, they didn't trust me to finance a car thinking I wouldn't keep up with payments. The opposite can be said about turning to Hyundai, within a week I was approved for my loan and the car was in my possession. Right from the start Tony was polite and friendly and more than willing to get me into the car I wanted. When I turned to the finance department I was met with equal respect and was approved within a day. I couldn't be more happy about my first car buying experience and have the people at Hyundai to thank for it! I would be more than willing to recommend them to anyone!! More
