Warranty I purchased a new Accent in the fall and in early winter the plastic clip holding the right side corner of the front bumper broke ( I assume due to th I purchased a new Accent in the fall and in early winter the plastic clip holding the right side corner of the front bumper broke ( I assume due to the cold) allowing the bumper to hang down. When I tried to claim a repair under warranty the dealership refused, saying it was my fault although there were no indications of any bumps, scrapes, or collision marks on the bumper.Even though there was no evidence to prove it was caused by me, they still refused the warranty claim. Even an offer to split the cost 50/50 was refused. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership but this one will be my last. More

Bad customer service Bought a brand new veloster back in July drove it for 4000 klms when one of the rear tire exploded took it back the next morning thinking it will be r Bought a brand new veloster back in July drove it for 4000 klms when one of the rear tire exploded took it back the next morning thinking it will be replaced without question asked but no they insisted I have to pay for it as the tire is not covered clearly the tire that came with my car is deflected as the car is practically new it doesn't even has its first service yet the tire was not punctured it's just exploded clearly the dealership does not stand by their products or they just don't care this is my first Hyundai and I must say I am totally disappointed I should stick with Japanese or European cars poor dealership poor quality car More

I was greeted by Tony Nehme and he was professional and understanding of my wants and needs and did everything he could to accommodate. I also had a terrific experience with the finance/business Manager (Johnny) He answered all my questions and addressed all my needs. The GM (Eli Nassrallah) was also involved and you can tell he is a great manager and is attentive to his staff and prospective clients. My only gripe was I wish I had traded in my old vehicle at the time of purchase but I didn't have it with me. Other then that everything was beyond my expectations and would definitly recommend them. He was down to earth and friendly. We had additional features added to our vehicle at a later time and when we picked it up, he came out and greeted us and asked how the vehicle looked.
