His sales manager accused my of lying, told me I needed to make better decisions, and offered an insultingly low trade in value. Not what I was expecting. In the end, I decided against an Elantra but ended up buying a Mazda3 they had on the lot. When I picked up the car, it only had half a tank of gas. I've asked friends who've purchased used vehicles about this, and all of them received a full tank when picking up their vehicles. Also, the interior had globs of something on the dash and in the drink holders. Again, not what I was expecting. More

Stay away from the Dealership Be very careful when you sign the paperwork. They make verbal promises and tell you one thing and you end up paying way more than expected. Tried to cancel some warranties that I was told cost $ 1800 with in truth cost $5000. Was told not able to cancel. Called the warranty companies directly and was told there was no problem to cancel. Asked for and promised free tires if we bought only to have the value taken off the manufactures rebate. Very poor after sales service. Lie to your face and wont call you back. Going through the Better Business Bureau and eventually higher still if required to try and get this resolved. Shouldn't have to fight this hard for something they are required to refund. Made a first time car buying experience a nightmare for my son and I. More

Dealing with Frankie was fantastic, he was friendly and professional. He made sure I looked at several cars, test drove the one I liked and that I felt comfortable with the final results (price, cleanliness, general state of the car, etc.). I really appreciated his patience throughout the process. All of the staff members at this dealership were very friendly actually, making it a very positive experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the lack of mats in the car and that I didn't get a license plate frame (it looks a little bare!). Overall, I feel great about my purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy! Ask for Frankie, he knows what he's talking about. More
