Fantastic Service from Ray Pulfer Ray was a fantastic guy to buy a first dealer bought car off of. He explained everything to us two or three times, if necessary. Loved his funny and quirky ways of explaining things to us. He knew his facts point blank. He knew what he sold and had first rate knowledge on the vehicles. I would go back to Ray again for my next purchase of a vehicle, whether new or used. Thank you Ray for making this such a pleasant experience for us. More
Engine under warranty I bought a 2014 Elantra from Hyundai On Hunt Club by Dilawri in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm still making payments every two weeks. Back in January 2018 I not I bought a 2014 Elantra from Hyundai On Hunt Club by Dilawri in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm still making payments every two weeks. Back in January 2018 I noticed my engine was making knocking sounds. I brought it in and they said I needed a new engine and it would be covered under warranty. So every month or so I would call and the service reps would say that I was on the list and they would call me when the engine came in. September rolled around and I decided to call and speak with the service manager. Mike goes on to tell me he's the new service manager and he would look into it right away. Shortly after I was told that the previous service manager didn't submit the paperwork to get the engine ordered. Since then I've spoken to the dealership manager who gave little sympathy and to be honest he sounded like he couldn't care less. He also told me that there were lots of other people that had the same thing happen to them. What did the he say he would do to make things right? Well absolutely nothing. I've called the new service manager at least three times since October and he's returned one call. I emailed him asking for an update, a few days later he responds with I will run a report. Haven't heard from the guy since and it's been a week. I also sent him another email asking if I was going to get an answer, still no reply. Hyundai Canada is just as bad because when I contacted them and told them the story all they said was they would get the dealership to contact me. Hunt Club Hyundai you have garbage customer service. Hyundai Canada you supply xxxx vehicles and your warranty is a joke. Needless to say at this point, but I'm furious! More
Sensitiive to our needs. Yhe good rating was becouse at times are overkill ie. on calls to bring my car for servicing, that I counld be voiding warrentes. 10 out of 10 Experience! I was in the market for buying my first car and came to the dealership so I could get some information on the mechanics of Hyundai in general. I spoke I was in the market for buying my first car and came to the dealership so I could get some information on the mechanics of Hyundai in general. I spoke with the mechanical staff and they answered my questions nicely. I then went to the sales section and found Reg. He made my experience wonderful! He showed me all the options for the used cars section and made sure to help me with my research on each car that was available within my price range. He never once pressured me into anything but rather reassured me to take my time and think about the car in general and what I wanted my first one to be! I ended up purchasing a used Hyundai Elantra and it was a great first purchase! Thank you Reg for helping me out and taking the time to come into work even during your non work hours. It really made my experience 10 out of 10! More
unorganized, no follow-up, did not meet expectations at all Parts deparment did not follow-up with order that was paid for on the 8th of November and was told it should be in within a week. They said they would call and set up a service appointment when it came in. Three weeks later I called them and they had the part but it took them a long time to find. Then they sent me over to the service department to set up appointment. WEnt over everything with them again and gave them all the details of what needed to be done. Set up appointment for the next day. Brought carin at the appointed time and they had no work order completed and I had to go over everything again. I have never seen a service department so ineffective as this one. I will not bring my car back to be service here again unless they appolgize for such poor service and mean it. Service department failed in their service agreement. lack of organization with one department communicating with the other departments of the same dealership. More

Easygoing, comfortable buying experience This being the first car I had bought, I was a little apprehensive going in to it. That being said, all the staff at Hyundai on Hunt Club, and Reg and This being the first car I had bought, I was a little apprehensive going in to it. That being said, all the staff at Hyundai on Hunt Club, and Reg and Johnny in particular, made the process comfortable and straightforward. After a not very positive experience at another dealership, we returned to purchase the car here. We even had great service following a issue with the tire shortly after purchase (driver error - nothing wrong with the car itself). Would recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. More
