Above and Beyond I visited the dealership recently as I am thinking of getting my self a nice car. He was highly recommended for his knowledge of cars and his exemplary customer service. I can't say enough about Reg. He was outstanding, no pressure and no attempts at manipulative ploys. He was quite accommodating and he made the experience more like buddies while maintaining his professionalism. I was very comfortable and I trusted him completely. They act with their customers as if they are idiots. We bought a car from here and I found out after I paid the money for the car that one of the keyless remotes was not for the car, it was somehow switc We bought a car from here and I found out after I paid the money for the car that one of the keyless remotes was not for the car, it was somehow switched and during the test drive I thought it was with two keys, the salesman and and the used car manager promised that they will provide me with a second key, it has been 2 weeks and I have sent multiple emails and texts to salesman about the issue and he doesn’t reply back, they just took my money and they don’t care about their customers afterwards, and they act with their customers as if they are idiots, it isn’t about the $300 or $400 I need to pay for the second key, it is about the promises they give to their customers that they can’t keep. How can customers trust their services in the future. I don’t recommend this dealership whatsoever. More

Fantastic Service from Ray Pulfer Ray was a fantastic guy to buy a first dealer bought car off of. He explained everything to us two or three times, if necessary.
