My experience with Hyundai of Regina was first rate! I found a deal on a new Elantra with them online. I called down and their sales rep was both friendly and very helpful. I am from Saskatoon and the deal they offered me was significantly better than what I was offered up here. It was well worth the trip. I also appreciated that there were no surprise fees at the end. They plainly list in their ads what is and isn't covered in the advertised price. I called on a Friday and by Monday afternoon I was driving home in my new car! I would have been driving home on Saturday if I could have arranged a trip down that quickly. I enjoyed the first rate service offered by Grant and the team and they even followed up a few days later with a phone call to see if there were any issues to be dealt with (there weren't). More

Greeted by a very nice man outside the service centre then greeted by Dean my service advisor who was very polite and prompt in getting the service order in. I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle ride to work but I totally understand and it’s very unusual to ever wait very long. The shuttle service was excellent! My car was ready earlier than I expected and I was picked up by a very nice shuttle driver. Everything went smoothly and in a very professional manner. I was also very pleased with the good report that my car had a clean bill of health! Dean did not try to get me to do work I didn’t need. More

The reason why I stuck with Hyundai isn’t because of the great cars, but the service just can’t be beat! You want to deal with people that treat you with respect, are genuinely happy that you come into their dealership and provide an excellent product that they stand behind.
