This time around they said they would do it this time but that was it since car was purchased elsewhere, appt. booked. on scheduled day they were a no show, you cannot talk to a real person, .just massages as there is no receptionist. called head office and they quickly intervened very apologetic, Within 5 minutes they arranged a fix for the next day. Not a peep from dealer. Car returned next day (today) It is raining I understand not washing but interior not touched. Who wants/needs attitude. The car is wonderful, always draws a crowd. clean and black. This dealership is a stain on Hyundai. If you have a problem go to the top. More

I am very appreciative of the professionalism demonstrated by both Derek Chan (Dealer Principal) and Simon Au (Service Manager). They went above and beyond to ensure every issue with the vehicle was addressed and provided me with a replacement vehicle for over six weeks while the work was being completed. Having this resolved is an unbelievable relief for me…Sincere thanks to both Derek and Simon. Carrie Anne Brunet More
when they get paid. you're on your own. I bought a 2015 hyundai genesis sedan. First day it was shaking over 60km/hr. Took it back they told me it might be a flat area on my car. After 250k I bought a 2015 hyundai genesis sedan. First day it was shaking over 60km/hr. Took it back they told me it might be a flat area on my car. After 250km it should go away. Still wasn't at ease. So I drove to niagara falls. For driving sake to put the 250k on it. Came back same problem. I called no one would give me a direct answer. I was being transfered to voice-mail everyday day. I decided to show up at the dealership. They gave me some xxxxxxxx excuse anyways. I left the car there and requested to be fixed or they will hear from my lawyer. Following day car was fixed. 3 days later the passengers side door handle broke. I called them they said they will order some. 5 days later drivers side broke. I had to use some tape to hold it until parts get here. After they received the parts no one called me. A week later I called they said they have the parts. It has to be painted. they will call me to schedule an appointment it's been over a year I feel robbed and I can't do anything about it. I can go on and on. THIS DEALERSHIP IS WORST ON THE PLANET. NOT SURE WHERE ALL THOSE AWARD ARE COMING. THEY PROBABLY STOLE OR BOUGHT THEM. More
Worst experience ever I bought my vehicle from this dealership and I went to get my first oil change at mr.lube after about 2/3 months and they told me I had a rust hole in I bought my vehicle from this dealership and I went to get my first oil change at mr.lube after about 2/3 months and they told me I had a rust hole in my oil pan. I went to the dealership to see if my extended warranty would cover it and after almost 3 months of waiting for a response, I was told it wouldn't be covered. I was told by the service manager that he would see if the sales manager would assist me in paying for the oil pan (which is almost $700). He was supposed to call me the next day and a week later, I hadn't heard anything from anyone at the dealership. When I called to see what was happening since I needed service on my car right away, the sales manager was too busy to speak with me even though I had been waiting for almost 3 months to find out if this would be covered. The sales manager had spoken with him though and told me what he said. He said that once the vehicle is off his lot, it's no longer his problem basically. I am so unsatisfied with the service I have received from this dealership. They seem to not care whatsoever once the vehicle is bought. The car was delivered with absolutely no antifreeze in it and the gas tank was almost empty! I was given the wrong information about my extended warranty details, no one at that dealership knows what they are talking about. They need to get their information straight!! I will NEVER be returning to them for a car or for service! Only go to this dealership if you wish to be screwed over! More

Rip-off on trade-in Hi folks, for those who want to get a good value on their trade-in, I wanted to share my experience. I wanted to trade my car that has a $14k-$19k va Hi folks, for those who want to get a good value on their trade-in, I wanted to share my experience. I wanted to trade my car that has a $14k-$19k value on Canadian Black Book (CBB) and retails for at least $20k. These guys offered me $11k for trade-in value. CBB estimates are typically on the low side to begin with, so if you deal here, beware of the super low-ball offers on your trade-in. It appears, at least from my experience wqith this dealer, that they want to make a killing on both ends, at the expense of the customer. As an example of CBB conservative pricing, on a previous trade-in, CBB valued it at 2500-4950 and I got 8200+. More
