Had an appointment for a simple oil change. I told Hyatt ahead of time I would wait for the car. Because of that I was told the appointment would be in a week to ensure a tech was available. fi I told Hyatt ahead of time I would wait for the car. I really enjoy the Uber instead of the shuttle from before. Staff is always very friendly. The new coffee machine was the worst change imaginable, it took 3 staff members to figure it out and by that t before. Staff is always very friendly.
