Took my Q60 Red S in for a seasonal tire change. There was a problem with a previous service consultant and it needed to be addressed. Sale of car was ok however service required to fix some items poor I was told someone would call to book me in no call received went back to CJ for help he did his part still no call. I made the appointmen items poor I was told someone would call to book me in no call received went back to CJ for help he did his part still no call. I made the appointment myself then. 4 items needed to be fixed to remain outstanding. And telling me my break noise is because they are new or it’s condensation is almost laughable. The door alignment issue and telling me it normal wear again I question on an 3 year old car. I would appreciate if this was addressed but not sure this survey will be read or I will get a call. More
