I have a brand new Qx60 3 months old brought it in for my oil change. Was told it needs brake fluid/flush, all new wiper blades a new windshield, an air filter, and a new cabin filter total $2271.46. Then I oil change. Was told it needs brake fluid/flush, all new wiper blades a new windshield, an air filter, and a new cabin filter total $2271.46. Then I was told I did not have any oil changes that were covered, when I have 8. Wow this is the second vehicle I have bought at Infinity in 6 months. Total $170000.00 in vehicles this is the last time. Any place that try’s to pull the wool over some eyes not worth my money!!!! Watch out they try and scam people!!! More
If you want professional and timely service, then Hyatt Infiniti is a great dealership. CJ Mackenzie, sales associate, was fantastic at understanding my needs and helping me purchase my SUV. When it came t Infiniti is a great dealership. CJ Mackenzie, sales associate, was fantastic at understanding my needs and helping me purchase my SUV. When it came time for servicing, Robert Obront was excellent and very communicative, especially as I had a baby in tote! Both were courteous and extremely helpful. More
