Absolutely would NEVER go back there!!! Jim Vaughan provided us with the WORST service possible after going in to have my car upraised. He was rude and dismissive from the start, did not acknowledge the letter, CANNOT believe he is a sales manager! To be fair, there is not a car dealership in North America that isn't full of lying cheats, but Ron Hyer may be in a class by himself. He's the nicest guy you'll ever meet which makes the series of o America that isn't full of lying cheats, but Ron Hyer may be in a class by himself. He's the nicest guy you'll ever meet which makes the series of outright fabrications, misdirections, deliberate obfuscations, and...well, lies, all the more galling. Watch how he lies about the dealer cost, tries to make sure you don't leave the building, consults his "manager" repeatedly, tells you a personal story about his family to make him seem more human (you won't believe how every single car salesman will tell you a personal story), and then moves numbers around on a page to confuse you and hope you don't catch the made-up charges. I suppose there are Wall Street CEOs who do a lot more damage in the world, but there's something about the face-to-face human interaction where someone smiles while telling you one lie after another and trying their best to rip you off that makes you wonder who could possibly be a car salesman by day and then go home to family and friends and feel ok about it. Everyone has to make a living, but I'd rather work at Starbucks than be forced to do what these guys do every day. Sad. Very sad. More

Took the car in for service, and somehow they threw in charges for "3 light bulb changes". The car just passed the safety inspection 2 days back, and I personally checked that all the light b charges for "3 light bulb changes". When asked what the light bulb charges were, Kevin MacDonald became angry and defensive. He couldn't give me back the old light bulbs that they supposedly changed, and threatened to remove the light bulbs if I don't pay the charge. At the end, they relented and removed the bogus charge, after some hysterical arguing. More
