I had an appointment at 1:15 pm to see if my car needed any work to address issues following a recall. I wait for more than an hour, no one told me anything. I finally went to the service desk and was told any work to address issues following a recall. I wait for more than an hour, no one told me anything. I finally went to the service desk and was told that I didn’t need any work and gave me my keys. Why did I wait for an hour and a half if no work was required? Checking the brackets on the back up camera did not take an hour and a half. Service department does not communicate with customers, and I believe my car was sitting there ready to go but no one told me. A waste of time. More

I Take my car at Hunt Club Nissan for service all the time and wait for it as they have a nice area and good internet where and I am able to work while I wait so I never feel like I am wasting my time.
