I arrived without an appointment because all I needed was an oil change. The service rep. said he could fit me in and so I waited for the work to be completed. Of course, they did their multi-point inspection and also recommended that the brake fluid and engine air filter be replaced. All the questions I had were answered in detail to my satisfaction. I agreed to add the needed work to the job, and the extra cost was reasonable. When the work was completed, the car was washed and parked out front of the service area. The parts I needed and the items I was interested in purchasing were not in stock. My car went in right away for a tire swap and oil change, the work was completed, and my car was parked outside, yet I purchasing were not in stock. My car went in right away for a tire swap and oil change, the work was completed, and my car was parked outside, yet I was not contacted until more than two hours later, so I wasted at least two hours waiting in the dealership. Some of my issues were not even looked at. My summer tires were practically thrown in the back of my car, instead of placed efficiently so I could get other items into the car. The summer tires were bagged but only one was tied. The technician gave the impression of being lazy and untrustworthy. I mentioned a burnt headlight, but it was not even looked at, and I found a loose connection and fixed it myself. I was told I needed other work done, yet due to being treated poorly, not having parts in stock, not having some items looked at, and having at least two hours of my time wasted, I don't trust the mechanic who worked on my car or their recommendations and I'm going to have the car inspected again by the shop head technician (Stewart) to see if I actually need further work done or I was just being hosed. The technician seemed like he was just trying to make money, and the service advisor didn't care about my concerns or my time. The only good people in the service department are Pete, Frank, Stewart, and Bharat. I was texted shortly after arriving without request or permission by Soheil in the Sales department trying to sell me a car. More
I've been giving my business to this dealership for over 30 years and I've never been disappointed. The staff there is friendly, helpful and most professional. I've received excellent service from both the sales and service teams over the years and i'd never hesitate to recommend Hunt Club NIssan to anyone. Question: why is the Qashqai not listed at all for the Make and Model section??? More
