Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hunt Club Nissan on April 6th. Scheduled a 10 am appointment for a 4-wheel alignment and general check due to a check engine light. After an hour and a half wait, was informed of a $157 plus tax mass airflow sensor replacement, which I approved. Later told the actual cost would be $600 plus tax, a steep increase. Refused to pay, given the option to pay $400 or have original part reinstalled. Opted for the latter, wasting four hours of my Saturday. Dealership also attempted to overcharge for a general check, initially quoting $175 per hour and trying to add extra charges for individual items. Lacked transparency and professionalism. Beware of hidden fees and misleading estimates. Would not recommend More
