Avoid this dealer at all cost! ! I have had multiple issues with them. first time I brought my car to them I was having issues with my ac and my brakes were making noise. They fixed ! They fixed the ac but quoted me $1600 to replace all brakes, I denied the brake replacement and they suggested they service them to take care of the noise, which I agreed to. Next time I spoke to the same guy he said there was a little bit of life left in the brake, then when picking up the car the same person told me that they had lots of life left in them. I was told 3 different things by the same person. The brakes started making noise again within a week. I had all brakes replaced elsewhere a year later for only $1000! The next spring my ac was not working again so I brought it back they repaired it again under warranty. Within a week I had noticed that the ac didn't seem to be cooling as much but assumed it was just in my head because there is a known issue with the ac in my car. Sure enough after 2 and a half month the ac is not blowing cold at all. I brought the car back again and they want to charge $450 to replace o rings that they replaced less than 3 months ago! More

Although many advice not to go to the dealer. when I got the car the next day, I noticed there are too many scratches on the driver step, I took it to them, the Service Manager and the General Manager came and they accusing of lying and those scratches not from the services they did. They were trouble the way they behave with me. they were so arrogant. and horrible. Will never go back there with this kind of customer service More

The service representative was very friendly and clearly identified the work that was going to be involved, the length of time it would ta impressed.
