So got it towed to a different garage but Hull Nissan still charged me almost $500 for diagnostics. Was also told different things from the man on the phone and the man at the counter. Very crooked. There is bad service, and then there is Hull Nissan bad service. On September 12, we brought our Nissan Pathfinder to Hull Nissan due to insufficient airflow from the vents. The service advisor told us we service. On September 12, we brought our Nissan Pathfinder to Hull Nissan due to insufficient airflow from the vents. The service advisor told us we needed to replace a specific part and instructed us to source it ourselves so they could install it. We did so, returned with the part, and paid for both the part and the installation labor. This did not fix the problem. We called the dealership again and were told the part was wrong and that the advisor should never have asked us to source it ourselves. We were also informed that the original advisor had been fired. At this point, Service Director Martin became involved. He asked us to bring the car back the following week for a new diagnostic, which we did. After that diagnostic, we were assured Nissan would order the correct part and install it the very next week. We returned the following week as instructed. At the end of the day, we were told the dealership had ordered the wrong part again, so no work was performed. Martin then asked us to bring the car back this week. We had an appointment Wednesday morning, but still nothing has been fixed and the situation continues. Reaching Hull Nissan has become nearly impossible—they consistently ignore our calls. We are exhausted from bringing the car in every week for the same unresolved issue. We have paid for diagnostics, the incorrect part, and labour—yet our Pathfinder is still not fixed. It has now been over two months of repeated appointments for the same problem. We just want our vehicle repaired properly. More

No courtesy cars available, I was told. They don't seem to care or really want to help find a solution that would be accommodating to me, their customer. Strangely enough, the issue resolved itself after I called. More

They are very interested until they sell the car, but then they do not care if there is any problem. Even though I sent e-mails many times about the problem with the car I bought from them, they kept me then they do not care if there is any problem. Even though I sent e-mails many times about the problem with the car I bought from them, they kept me busy for 1.5 months. They later stated that they would not solve the problem. I do not recommend it. More
My past experience of service is too bad and costly charge as your covering their operations overhead.
