Not a good service We bought our first car in Hyundai Hull dealership last winter, they called us and said that everything is ready and you can come for your car, we arr We bought our first car in Hyundai Hull dealership last winter, they called us and said that everything is ready and you can come for your car, we arrived by bus with a little kid. When we arrived they said - "Oh, sorry, not all docs are ready, could you please come in two days?", we said that - "No! you said that everything is ready!", after that a woman (not very satisfied ,went to another room to prepare documents, it took her 10 minutes), but again she said - "Oh, we don't have enough cash to give you money back..." that we left them to confirm that we are going to buy this car. We were disappointed, and said that it's funny actually to invite to buy a car if you have nothing prepared.... She went in another room and found that money. After that (as we were first time car buyers) we asked to help us to install the kids' car seat, as we arrived with it and for this the woman said - "I know how to install the car seat, cause I have a kid, but I can't help you, you can go to the nearest police station and they will do everything for you..." Oh, she wanted us to go with kid in a car (Not in a car seat!) directly to the police station and probably pay fine for that :( More
Used sales department are scammers Note: I am typing this on behalf of my sister-in-law. My sister in-law purchased a 2012 Elantra last year in fall. Bought the extended used warran Note: I am typing this on behalf of my sister-in-law. My sister in-law purchased a 2012 Elantra last year in fall. Bought the extended used warranty. Come spring, the a/c doesn't work. She brings her vehicle in not once but twice to get it fixed. Still doesn't work. The car is brought at another garage (this is now mid summer) only to get told that the a/c block (the device itself) is not in the vehicle and has been removed) Brought back to the dealership. Went with my sister in law on this occasion. Told them that the a/c is missing. Was told they sold it as such and she should have noticed. Asked why did they let us bring the car twice to get a/c repaired (which was covered as under used warranty) and at both occasions told everything was fine when it was missing!!! They literally said that it wasn't their problem. We called Hyundai Canada who said they can't interfere as it was a used product. Absolutely disgusted with the whole processe. More

UNn service clé en main avec Mario Gingras L'an passé mon papa de 90 ans a eu un accident avec sa Hyundai! Résultat, il n'a eu qu'une légère commotion cérébrale mais il pleurait grandement son L'an passé mon papa de 90 ans a eu un accident avec sa Hyundai! Résultat, il n'a eu qu'une légère commotion cérébrale mais il pleurait grandement son auto qui était une perte totale! J'ai parlé au téléphone avec Mario Gingras pour lui expliquer la situation et surtout le grand désir de mon père de retrouver la même voiture ( même couleur, même moteur et le ''pitons'' à la même place)! Et bien avec l'aide de Mario en 2 jours mon père était abord de sa nouvelle voiture avec tout ce qu'il désirait! Merci Mario Gingras pour ta grande compassion et compréhension envers mon papa qui était bien énervé face à cette situation inattendue! Ton écoute, tes explications claires et ton grand sens des valeurs humaines ont mie beaucoup de baume sur cette mésaventure! Bref, papa adore toujours sa voiture et parle de toi comme étant un homme de grande confiance! Merci Mario d'avoir fait cette si grande différence dans nos vies! More

Used car sale gone bad Don't purchase used car here. I cant speak to new car experience, but we purchased a used car and had many problems with Ontario safety that we paid Don't purchase used car here. I cant speak to new car experience, but we purchased a used car and had many problems with Ontario safety that we paid 300 dollars to be completed. the work was not done correctly four rotors were finished and window tint was so dark that it had to be removed for safety 900 dollars of work, none of this was done. I was belittled and called a liar on two of the calls I had with members of the dealership. Vanessa did step in after 4 days of very tense conversations and agreed to take the car back but not with out some help from consumateur protection agency More
Charging for things that are not broken I brought my car here for an oil change and got a call from them telling me I had to fix many things. 1- back breaks $436.27 2- front breaks $567. I brought my car here for an oil change and got a call from them telling me I had to fix many things. 1- back breaks $436.27 2- front breaks $567.06 3- a broken oil pressure switch $499.27 4- Reseal timing cover $1066.80 5- Table Gauche $223.33 Imagine my surprise! 1st issue (Breaks): I told them that I had just changed the back breaks two years ago so it was crazy they needed changing already, but to go ahead with the front breaks. When I saw the parts, I notices the rotors where perfect and the break pads still had some width in them. 2nd issue (Oil pressure switch): I told them I had just changed the oil pressure switch less then a year ago so it should be under the warranty. They quickly told me that I had to go back to the original Hyundai dealership that had changed it. so I did, but when they inspected my car, they said there was no leak!. imagine my surprise. If I would not have had that warranty, I would had say "yes change it", and they would had charged for nothing. I would had paid them $499.27 for nothing!. I wonder how many other things they are doing that go unnoticed by people. Did I do the rest of the suggested things on their list? No, I will take it to an independent mechanic and see if there are actual issues with my car of if its just them saying so. More
