Just took my 2015 Honda Fit for tires and a fuel injector assembly. My service advisor was Lilian Nguyen, and she was extremely helpful both with advice and scheduling. Everytime I brought my car for regular maintenance at Sisley, I took it back with a brand new problem: first time, a faint bad smell was coming from the leather chairs. It intensified with time. Next time, something else wasn’t working as well as before. Every time. I think they do it on purpose, to make sure you return. I went for an oil change, they gave me an estimate for changing the tires too, then the bill skyrocketed at $2000, just for the rest of regular maintenance. I realized too late I didn’t even get the estimate until it was too late. The car is pretty new. After 10 hours of working on the car, one of the problems mentioned to them, (that appeared just after last visit to them) was worse. The ‘manager’ Brandon said they thought the car was fixed; and that they want me to leave the car in the shop. Not offering a replacement car either. Not even ‘I’m sorry’. He became even sarcastic; he couldn’t care less. I became very angry. Then Brandon went and talked with the mechanic and the problem was fixed in 30’. Then a few days later I noticed one of my brand new tires started loosing air. I found a shiny, brand new screw logged in my brand new tire, in a place that made the tire difficult/maybe impossible to repair. Stay away from Sisley Honda. They are beyond dishonest, very rude and unprofessional. I think their mechanics aren’t good either. They are like sharks, looking for next customer to shred. Stay away. More

I recently moved to Canada from US and decided to get my Honda CR-V serviced at Sisley Honda thinking that just like my past experiences with Honda dealerships, I can simply trust and proceed here as well. Honda CR-V serviced at Sisley Honda thinking that just like my past experiences with Honda dealerships, I can simply trust and proceed here as well. But unfortunately, I was wrong. I was assigned to a service advisor named Brandon who probably had never undergone any training on how to handle a customer. He lacked the basics of customer service, was least interested in explaining how and why certain out of turn services recommended by technician are required. Not interested in listening about what services I got done recently in US, not courteous enough to provide any update knowing that I am waiting in an area next to him for hours, not feeling the need to inform that he is leaving for the day and someone else will attend me..Gosh, the list is just endless…never ever will I visit this dealership for car service. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are looking for courteous customer experience of any sorts. More
