They have stellar service when you're paying for it. When asking for items under warranty, they don't want your business. I took my car 3 times there. For the first 2, just regular maintenance. Everything was amazing, they would even pay for your Uber. Today, I took it there for another regular maintenance plus 2 items under warranty. My advisor, Natasha, was extremely rude, said that my 3K+ extended warranty didn't cover those items (when her colleague told her it was covered, she said she would have to talk to the manager) and when I said "thank you, I'll take my business somewhere else", she was blazing fast to give me my keys and say good bye. Not sure if I got a bad advisor or not. I'll try another dealership and open a formal complaint at Honda. More
I had a very poor experience at this dealership this week. Bruce Shalviri especially,was very unprofessional and dishonest, please do not deal with him. My leased car was paid off on Sep 27 but even today, Sep 30 Honda Canada knows nothing about this and my car still has a lien on it as far as they are concerned. The money was taken out my account as soon as I gave them the cheque, where is it now ? Definitely not at Honda Canada. Please stay away from these people. The only bright star was Mark in Service, a true professional gentleman. More
I recently Visited this dealership recently, by a car for my son. Originally, I planned on buying a new car but ended up looking at some Used options. Initially, the salesman(AJ Sadiqai) seemed pleasant b my son. Originally, I planned on buying a new car but ended up looking at some Used options. Initially, the salesman(AJ Sadiqai) seemed pleasant but after some back-and-forth negotiation and after I told him I needed to think about the options were offered to me, he became extremely aggressive and disrespectful. It was 7:15 PM and the dealership was about to close and was trying to explain to him that I needed to check with my insurance which option would be better from a financial perspective. I had all the intent to come back the next day to close the deal. I will never ever buy anything from them and would not go there since there are many other Honda dealerships in Toronto. More

They have a lease manager in the name of "Mosayeb". If you are dealing with him, be careful. His goal is only to grab money from your pocket. extremely unprofessional, careless and negligent, fraudulent, unethical. In July 27,2021, I purchase a 2017 Odyssey. It has been great in the first 10 days until I went up to highway. I experienced fraudulent, unethical. In July 27,2021, I purchase a 2017 Odyssey. It has been great in the first 10 days until I went up to highway. I experienced a shaking of the front wheel at highway speeds when braking. The shaking became very evident between 110-120mph. It's like a lost control of steering. For the safety concerned, I took the vehicle to a garage for checking. After road testing, the technician told me that the shaking was properly related to the warped brake rotor. I asked them to replace a new one and the shaking was gone. 1) extremely unprofessional, careless and negligent---The dealer technician had already signed the "safety standard certificate". I do not understand how the car passed the safety inspection and standard. 2) Fraudulent---The sales person told me there was no accident when I asked for the vehicle history. The facts that there was an accident and damage record in May 21, 2019. They are skilled in lying. 3) Unethical----The safety inspection was completed in Aug 5, 2021 with odometer reading 82020. The car was delivered to me in May 12 with odometer 82714. An abnormal of 700 mileage travelling within 7 days. I am guessing the car was schedule for "Uber or shuttle service" It is unethical to use custom vehicle for commercial use without customer's consent More
