Worst Manager of the Year I went in to test drive a van and get an idea of the overall costs involved. The sales man Eddie was friendly and straightforward. I explained my wife I went in to test drive a van and get an idea of the overall costs involved. The sales man Eddie was friendly and straightforward. I explained my wife would come drive it later, I ask for an appraisal or at least ball park value on my current car. The manager took the time to come out to tell me that I was wasting his time, the value would change from day to day, and he doesn't work "For sh and giggles". Two other dealers in the last week had no problem talking numbers, this guy is a sleeze only willing to talk when the customer is under pressure. More
