Even though the problem may be -I am not sure if it is permanently fixed- resolved, the initial encounters were too painful. The problem should have been remedied last year and customer did not have to pa permanently fixed- resolved, the initial encounters were too painful. The problem should have been remedied last year and customer did not have to pay almost eight hundred dollars for the fault of Honda Canada and the incompetence of Honda Queensway. However I must not forget to commend on the diplomacy and the problem solving skill of the current service manager (this do not apply to the service desk personnel). More
