Honda Queensway

While Emil, my salesman was excellent and I would highly recommend him, I was disappointed in the dealership. I bought my prior Honda from this dealership when it was at Lakeshore. When I decided on the 202 recommend him, I was disappointed in the dealership. I bought my prior Honda from this dealership when it was at Lakeshore. When I decided on the 2022 model, the manager tried to push me to get a white or silver car saying the other colors would be camouflaged at night. Ridiculous!! Emil did not push me and did everything to accommodate me. My issues were- 1) the car arrived and Emil told me that the individual tried and failed to reach me. No such calls were received. In fact, I had to call that individual. 2) the dealership wouldn't allow the security company to come and put a tag system in the car using one of its bays which other dealerships allow. So I had to make two trips to get my car, One to be shown how to operate it and then I came back the next day to drive it to the security company. The people at the dealership said to ask for Mark when I come the next day and my car would be ready. That night Emil thankfully called me to say Mark wasn't going to be in and Emil took the time to arrange an alternative. 3) When I picked the car up it did not have the cargo cover in the trunk that I paid for and I had to go in to the service and parts area. It was total confusion. They finally brought it out and put it in the car. 4) I called parts to have them put a steering cover on my car. Made the appointment. Showed up only to be told they couldn't do it. I explained my needs when I made the appointment and was assured they would do it. I sent my wheel cover back to the manufacturer for a refund. I have never been at such a disorganized unhelpful dealership. I would never recommend Honda Queensway but I would recommend Emil my salesman. He was excellent. I even called Honda Canada and asked for the owners name of Honda Queensway. They wouldn't give it to me. I will not be taking my car there to service. More

I expected great service, but was instead told of how expensive my vehicle would be to repair. It had been in an accident previously which I was fully aware of. The a/c wasn't working they wanted to repl expensive my vehicle would be to repair. It had been in an accident previously which I was fully aware of. The a/c wasn't working they wanted to replace all a/c components and one was recalled. For a cost of about 3k. Also you guys were really excited about offering a free wash with service which I guess I didn't get done as I only paid 250 for the diagnostic. Anyway Bernard was nice enough to deal with, but I will never again set foot in this dealership. Ps I did get the car repaired at a fraction of the cost. Thanks for wasting my time. You constantly forget that as much as yout time is worth money so is mine. My experience with this dealership gives all honda dealerships a bad reputation and unfortunately I will not have any good things to say about this one. More

The whole experience was a joke. From getting the paperwork started to signing the documents and leaving with the car. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
