Absolutely Un-Professional and Irresponsible at Service . Took my XT5 Cadillac for oil change, At the end noticed all 4 tires pressure gages that was working before service are not working anymore! When ask Took my XT5 Cadillac for oil change, At the end noticed all 4 tires pressure gages that was working before service are not working anymore! When asked why, the reply was "May be the Batteries are dead". Apparently all Four tires Pressure gage Batteries died at the same time when I took the vehicle for oil change!! More

Absolutely terrible experience here with Jack Mattson and his management team. Not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews here. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention that they offered $3000 to $ his management team. Not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews here. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention that they offered $3000 to $5000 less for my trade than 5 other dealers. Even though this place is 5kms from my home, I would travel 100kms to avoid it. Not to mention all of the business they are going to lose as we buy 2 or 3 vehicles per year. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this joke of a dealership. More

Let me start with Corrado he was very nice to deal with in the body shop ! My GMC Terrain was rear ended and we were there to get it repaired. Picked up the truck a few weeks later which is understandable. in the body shop ! My GMC Terrain was rear ended and we were there to get it repaired. Picked up the truck a few weeks later which is understandable. The truck smelled like cat pee inside and was dirty. The repair seemed fixed properly and the out side looked like some one tried to buff the paint left all exposed metal touch up areas with No paint. Compound swirling everywhere. Very sloppy job . Never should this truck be released to me in this unprofessional condition. Ultimate failure. Do not recommend. Thanks thanks! Mike pacitto.. More
