Fantastic I went in to purchase my first car. I was with my boyfriend (I am female) and I was approached immediately by Mike. The first thing I noticed when he I went in to purchase my first car. The first thing I noticed when he came over to greet us is how he quickly turned his attention on me when my boyfriend and I mentioned that the car is for me. I am sure if you are female (and young) you have experienced the gender brush off at least once at a previous dealership and I was impressed with the service I received from all the staff I encountered at this dealership. I was taken seriously and acknowledged and they really went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle that I was unaware of or otherwise wouldn't know how to operate right away. In spite of my concerns of the pricing (my first purchase and I had shopped around at other brands/dealerships prior to scooping out this one) the manager Andrew and Mike the salesman were respectful and really accommodating with my concerns. I have been driving my new car for a week and I love it so much I wish I had bitten the bullet and purchased this sooner. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will for sure be purchasing my next vehicle at this dealership. More
