Poor job Had my car 🚘 in for a recall (fuel pump) after returned home a few days later filled with gas. Had a terrible gas smell in my garage. So I had ed the dealership & was told maybe broken part or someh8ng made another appt. car in all day ..receipt stated nothing found took it all apart. So took it for gas next door to dealership Adam could smell the gas. Wanted to keep my car told him will check calande & call back. The gas smell was worse then before my student felt ill..so I took my car from the garage and kept it on the driveway. I called & l/m for Adam at 7.30am then at 8 L/M for the service manager. Finally at 8.15 Adam called me back. So had the car towed to the dealership at 3.15pm Adam called & said it was ready. Apparently it was Fixed, but I was given no paper work. This s unacceptable I would have to spend 3 days without a vehicle. Very disappointed, with the job done on my car. More

I used to service my vehicle at Courtesy Lincoln Ford however it was always so busy, appointments took too long and had a past bad experience. Found a difference in quotes for the same job of over $500. between dealerships and no one called me back from Courtesy when I was waiting for parts. High bury Ford always makes you feel comfortable, valued and go out of their way to help you and give you the best deal possible. More
