The worst customer service and treatment ever!!! I had a very frustrating experience after I took my 2016 Lincoln MKX . I left a voice message on the Drive thrust Service Manager's voicemail over a week ago and there has been no response. What I went through was shocking and hope that the management of Highbury Ford will stop this from happening again. I don't want too post my 3 page letter outlining the fiasco at this time. I am with a large organization who gives this dealership a lot of business and ignoring a customer who has been put through unnecessary stress, loss and still not have the primary problem Not Resolved, is a very bad reflection. Horrible service I recieved and dishonest sales team. I would never trust this business again. I even wrote a review and had the GM respond back telling me to contact him. Now I own a car that they will not honor what they said they would. Very poor service across the board. If I ever do buy another Ford it will definitely never be from Highbury Ford.
