Commercial Vehicle In the Summer I picked up my new fleet vehicle from Highbury Ford. The appointment was scheduled and the sales person was away the day it was set up In the Summer I picked up my new fleet vehicle from Highbury Ford. The appointment was scheduled and the sales person was away the day it was set up for however they did not make arrangements for another sales associate to take care of the delivery. Once we found the package for the vehicle the sales associate went and got the car for me. They came in handed me the package and keys sand stated " first stop you should make is a gas station". When i got into the car the gas gauge was on empty and the display on the car read distance to empty 0 Km. After getting the vehicle i have noticed the fit of the tailgate is not correct looking at it from the drivers side it always appears to be open, The plastic trim that goes across the floor and the back where the tailgate closes has all lifted up and has a gap in it that i can see the metal floor of the cargo space. When we are shopping for our next truck to replace ours we defiantly will not be visiting this dealership. More
