I called and booked a test drive, decided to buy the car and filled out all the paperwork....only to THEN f June 17, 2020 Terrible customer service! I called and booked a test drive, decided to buy the car and filled out all the paperwork....only to THEN find out someone else had a deal taking place, pending financing. I was told we should know by the next day. When I didn't hear back about the status, I called and was told it was still in the works but probably wouldn't go through and that "you'll know when I know". Still nothing the next day so I called and was told "we should know with the next 10 minutes. I made sure the salesman had my number and I asked him to text me as I was at work. Almost 4 hours later, I stopped in on my way home. The salesman I'd been dealing with wasn't there so I asked someone else to please check and just let me know if it's sold. He came back with "still pending" and if I would just be patient. Seriously??!! I gave him until noon the next day and when I still was not contacted, I bought another vehicle elsewhere.....,cash sale! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Talk about a runaround. More

A misunderstanding clarified I complained about a previous oil change experience when I was there for an oil checkup for oil consumption on my 5.0 litre Ford F-150. I was complai I complained about a previous oil change experience when I was there for an oil checkup for oil consumption on my 5.0 litre Ford F-150. I was complaining that the technicians where not putting enough oil in my engine. When I returned for the follow-up my service advisor Blair had taken the time to write out the Ford service bulletin details for the 5.0 engine for me so I could better understand the factory fix for these engines. I found out that the 8.5 litres of oil that are required for this engine does not register to the full mark on the dipstick and that the factory did not recommend running it at the full mark. I also was able to talk to the technician Andrew and he assured me that he always makes sure he puts in the right amount according to the Ford specs. I am happy to be kept up to date with this techical data as I do a lot of work on cars myself so I am totally interested in the upkeep of my vehicles. Thanks to Blair and Andrew for taking the time to do that and not to be offended when I questioned why they where doing what they where doing. Best Regards, Jim Stark More
