Worst place to buy a used or new vechicle WORST PLACE TO BUY A USED VEHICLE!!!! Stay in the city to buy a Toyota, these guys put a bad reputation to the Toyota name. I recent just bought a use WORST PLACE TO BUY A USED VEHICLE!!!! Stay in the city to buy a Toyota, these guys put a bad reputation to the Toyota name. I recent just bought a used Tacoma, ask them to install a lift on it and a new set of rims. I was told the rims would arrived 2 weeks after I put down the deposit. When the rims did arrived, they called me on Monday and said the truck would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. I told them Wednesday is best for me. When I was getting ready to head down there on Wednesday, they told me something was needed to be changed on the truck because of the new tires. SO THEY COULDN'T FIGURE THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG ON TUESDAY????? So the pick up time was postponed till THURSDAY! Total waste of my time. ... And when I finally got there on Thursday to pick the car up, I had an appointment at 12pm because I have work at 2. Got there at 12 AND THE TRUCK WASNT EVEN DONE GETTING DETAILED!!!!!!! Waited for 1 useless hour just to see the truck. And when I did see the truck, THE EFFIN DRIVER'S TAILLIGHT WAS CRACKED!!!!!! Did they even inspect the car before putting it on sale???? And the windshield chips that THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FIX WASNT EVEN FIXED!!!!!!! They replaced a dented bumper but didn't EVEN BOTHER to fix a small dent on the side panel that was caused from the accident!!!!! And worst thing, I checked the truck's fluids when I got home and THEY WERE ALL LOWER THAN THE "LOW" LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO DRIVE BACK THERE 4 DAYS AFTER I PAID FOR THE TRUCK JUST SO THEY COULD FIX THE THINGS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE FIX BEFORE!!!!!!! I didn't receive any discount or what so ever!! I only got "sorrys" but sorry isn't going to pay for all of the WASTED hours driving here and the WASTED gas I used up to get there. STAY IN THE CITY TO BUY A TOYOTA, THIS PLACE IS A SHAME!!!! THEY PUT ZERO CARE TO THE CARS THEY SELL!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if you do go thru them, I'll be the 1st one to tell you, SORRY FOR THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YOU'LL HAVE!!!!!!!!!!! More

High River Toyota I was looking at buying a Tundra 5 years ago. My sales man at the time was also Bob, we had gone through almost everything for the vehicle and for rea I was looking at buying a Tundra 5 years ago. My sales man at the time was also Bob, we had gone through almost everything for the vehicle and for reason I had to cancel buying my truck then. 5 years later I came back to HRT because of the quality and friendliness of the service I received back then. My sales man again was Bob Shaw, and we pretty much picked up where we left off. I was happy to buy a Tundra from him. I'm hoping this one will end up in a 400,000 km toyota commercial, but My next one will also be from HRT. More

I had a tonneau cover installed on my Tacoma. It was an aftermarket unit, as Toyota does not have a hard, tri-fold tonneau specific to my Tacoma. The price at HR Toyota was comparable to aftermarket deale aftermarket unit, as Toyota does not have a hard, tri-fold tonneau specific to my Tacoma. The price at HR Toyota was comparable to aftermarket dealers. The service was quick, and my 4 year old and I were treated very well by the staff. Our wait was just over an hour to get the unit installed, and by the end, my 4 year old was quite convinced we should stay (they were quite nice by providing refreshments for us while waiting.). I will definitely be back. More
