I was interested in purchasing a CRV hybrid with a light interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was still available. I also used the on line conversation box and it was verified via the VIN # that the car was available. I went in and met with a sales person and manager for 3 hours on a Friday. The car that I verified x 2 different methods was not at that dealership. I was told the car was elsewhere and they would pick it up Saturday. I left a deposit check with the dealership. I did not receive a call on Saturday so called on Monday. I was told they would research it and call me right back...never heard back. I called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager since both the salesperson and the manager who assisted me were out that day. I was told I would get a call back shortly after researching the situation. I received a call 4 hours later and was told the car had been sold and the car posted on line was there in error. It took 5 days to find out that the car multiple people told me was available was never really available for purchase. More

Eyo the sake person was great and did his best to accommodate. The car buying process is still way too time consuming and there is likely a more expedient way to execute the process without making co accommodate. I saw the car that I wanted online and set up an appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. Chloe was my sale appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. Chloe was my sales rep and she was great! She had all of the information about the car already pulled up on her computer, she got the keys and we went on a test drive. I bought the exact car that I saw online, and was very pleased about that. Not only was the customer service great in person, it was also great after the purchase. I received several calls over the next couple of days, asking if I had any questions, if I was satisfied with the sales rep and if I was satisfied with the purchase! My car was totaled and I was shopping around online for something similar. I found one at the Westminster dealership (about 1.5 hours away from me). I called and spoke with Eyo. I told him how far away I w something similar. I found one at the Westminster dealership (about 1.5 hours away from me). I called and spoke with Eyo. I told him how far away I was, and was looking to come that weekend. He spoke with his manager and THEY DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME!! I had never bought a car without seeing it before, and Eyo sent so many pictures and videos! He delivered it himself and was so nice, professional, and informative. We were also able to get a military discount as well, which was nice. They called when the tags came in and shipped them to us which was great also. I am very happy with my purchase and am so thankful I found the car online. Eyo and his manager were wonderful. The next time I need to buy a car, I’m definitely giving Eyo a call! More
