The service is oddly stuck-up and petty. I was told I would get 5 days of a free car rental while they worked on a recall that will take 2 weeks. Two minutes after our phone call, the Heffner agent phoned Enterprise rental and arranged for 2 days instead of 5 days before taking the next day off work. Like I said, oddly petty. It seems like I was intentionally given the run-around. That's odd behaviour for a company that earned thousands of dollars of our business when we bought our most recent car... That being said, it fits with the take it or leave it attitude we encountered when buying the car. They feel the product speaks for itself so they're not really concerned with proper customer service. More
