Michael Somer very professional salesman I am not nore have I ever been a Dodge fan, still not a big fan. That being said; I have recently purchased a 07 Dodge Nitro SLT., for my business. Wh I am not nore have I ever been a Dodge fan, still not a big fan. That being said; I have recently purchased a 07 Dodge Nitro SLT., for my business. Which I am digging more and more every day I drive it. Mind you, I do throw up a little in my mouth, every time I get in it, as it is an automatic and not a standard, which is what I have driven my whole life. I feel a little lazy driving the Nitro, but I am ok with that now. Lol I want to give a shout out to the Salesman that dealt with me, and I say dealt, because I gave him a tough time right from the get go. Not in a mean way, but in a (I knew what my budget was and what I wanted) kinda customer. *Harris salesman *MICHAEL SOMER* Did an outstanding professional job as the point man on this sale. He was very kind, funny, professional, informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle in which he was selling to me. He was sympathetic and understanding towards me, as I was finding it extremely difficult to let go of the car I loved and babied for many yrs, which was a Mustang Bullitt, with a nice V8 in it. He didn't just want to make a sale, and push this rig on me, as a lot of car sales personnel do. He even told me to take my time and think about things in ref to trading in my car. He talked about the pros and cons of the Nitro..more pros then cons. I didnt feel like I was just money walking into this dealship. I was made to feel like a person, and was treated with kindness and understanding from them all. Michael Somer made sure I had a coffee,water,juice, made sure to listen and hear me, hear what my needs were, and listen to what my needs were, in ref to buying a vehicle. The whole staff there was awesome. They also gave me a Military discount%, and once they found out I was a Veteran, is when the owner started talking about what they do for Veterans. Thank you for looking out for our Military personal, active and non active(Veterans). Michael Somer has contacted me a few days after I purchased the Nitro, to make sure I was still happy with it, which not alot of sales personnel do. He gave it a great personal touch, by making me feel important and not just another sale. Thank you all at Harris Victoria Dodge For treating me so great... Work not done and charged for it. I have had my truck in for service at this dealership maybe 3 times now one was for tire rotation oil changes and fuel filter replacement. the other I have had my truck in for service at this dealership maybe 3 times now one was for tire rotation oil changes and fuel filter replacement. the other times were for a recalls that were done at no charge. After the first repair I was quite happy didn't think anything of it. then I had the first recall done. within a few weeks my exhaust had started to come apart. pretty poor since I put on less than 10k a year on my truck. Then i went to a local tire store to get my tires rotated and an alignment done... they said that my lug nuts had been torqued to tight by the last place that serviced my vehicle and to take it back to them. So I did. That's when the big red flags came up. They were supposedly the last place to do my service so i took it back to them and they came back with. "we didn't rotate your tires last time, beacuase we couldnt remove the lug nuts". I said I paid for a tire rotation. So I was charged for a tire rotation which they never did, was never told that the lug nuts couldn't be removed and my tires are now worn twice as much on the rears as the fronts. This is also an issues because i spend a bit of time in areas that have next to no cell reception. If I were to get in to an issues there would be no way to remove a tire and place a spare on. More
Trade in for an upgrade I had a great experience with friendly staff. I wasn't happy with my 2011 Ford Escape so I traded it in and got a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with only 5 I had a great experience with friendly staff. I wasn't happy with my 2011 Ford Escape so I traded it in and got a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with only 5000 km. The safety features were a big sell as I have three children. I actually got the news I got it the day of my move. I was actually short on some strong arms and my dealer offered to help me. I ended up getting some last-minute help so I let him off the hook but that was an amazing offer and I was really grateful for it. We have been enjoying our vehicle for almost a month now. I thank them for all the work they did to help me get out of there fast on my Moving Day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Now the actual product and people at Chrysler Canada are a completely different story but am so thankful for the Harris staff that have been behind us since day one! Thank you guys you rock! More

They had it several days and Crysler made it an issue to not cover it with warranty. Despite this issue the manager Phil worked with me to get it figured out he also allowed me to keep my courtesy car. He didn’t have to do that as it wasn’t warranty work.... sometimes we are quick to jump on the dealership but they work under the direction of the big wigs dealing with warranty. Unfortunately this isn’t the outcome I had hoped for but Phil made the experience the best it could be. He did all the communication with ICBC and made sure I was taken care of. Alyssa was also helpful from day one! Arrange alternate transportation and reassurance! More
Rip off Worst place ever, saved up 4 grand and bought our first used vehicle , all the dealer did was rip us off , the battery failed in two days after purcha Worst place ever, saved up 4 grand and bought our first used vehicle , all the dealer did was rip us off , the battery failed in two days after purchase , they did not even clean the car when It was given to us , so we decided to sell it right away , the worth people offered us was 1000 dollar , Car worth 4500+ after tax and papers, 248,000 Amount we spent oil change 80 , brakes 1000+, battery 380+, new tires 500+, and to clean interior 200+ , I wish I could go back in time and undo my fault by buying from this place , people there are nothing but a bunch of artists , they literally made us wait to recive the car for 2 hrs even after we gave them 3 days of time to do all the paper works , careless and bunch of sweet talking salesman who traps you in buying cars and never bother helping you after , please be careful buyers , think twice before going there More
Customer Service Recently a family member visiting from Alberta began to have problems with his new 2017 Ram pickup air ride suspension. They said to bring it in and t Recently a family member visiting from Alberta began to have problems with his new 2017 Ram pickup air ride suspension. They said to bring it in and they would look at it. Initially we had to call to get a report which indicated they found a problem but needed an ok from Chrysler to repair under warranty. They had cleared the error codes in the computer and at the moment the air ride was again working. After keeping the truck over a weekend we were told that Chryler would not authorize the repair unless the vehicle was brought in with the error code showing and a burnt fuse. We were told if that happened to call them and they would authorize a pick up by a tow truck. The next morning we found the truck had once again dropped the air suspension and the error code indicated that service or repair was required. We called the service department and were told the service writer we had dealt with was off for the day but they would have the service manager call back. After not hearing from him for almost an hour we called again and were given the same message. We waited and never received a call back that day or any time since. The next day we called the dealership in Alberta where the truck was purchased and they put their chief mechanic on the phone to provide instructions on what to do to get the vehicle to safely return to them for repair. I am very embrassed by the customer service that this dealership provided especially the service managers failure to communicate. It appears that Chysler has a policy that prevents the service tech to make any warranty repair without their input. Do they not trust the skills and ability of their Red Seal Service Techs???. More
